About Us

Beza Nigussie is a lawyer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Before she started her own law office in 2015, she worked as Legal Expert and Assistant Judge at the Federal First Instance Court of Ethiopia for over five years. In addition, using her previous journalism experience from Ethiopian Press Agency, she did run the court’s monthly magazine as editor in chief to help build a bridge between the court and the community that it serves.

Attorney Beza Nigussie has been appointed to be a member of the Legal and Justice Affairs Advisory Council Secretariat, formed by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Attorney General’s Office. She is also a member of the Advocacy License Issuance Committee at the same office.

She traveled throughout Africa and Europe where she participated as a jury and trainee. She is currently the General Secretariat of the Ethiopian Lawyer Association. Attorney Beza graduated from the prestigious Addis Ababa University’s School of Law.

ጠበቃ ቤዛ ንጉሴ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ከ2007 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በጥብቅና ስራ ላይ ተሰማርተው የሚገኙ ሲሆን:  የራሳቸውን የጥብቅና ቢሮ አቋቁመው ስራ ከመጀመራቸው በፊት ከ2002 እስከ 2007 ዓ.ም ድረስ በፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በህግ ኤክስፐርት እና በረ/ዳኝነት አገልግለዋል::

የቀደመው የሚዲያ ልምዳቸውን በመጠቀም ከመደበኛ ስራቸው በተጨማሪ የፌ/መ/ደ/ፍ/ቤት ወርሃዊ መጽሄት ዋና አዘጋጅ በመሆንም አገልግለዋል::

በአሁኑ ጊዜ በፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ዓቃቤ ህግ ቢሮ የህግ ማሻሻያ ፕሮጀክት ውስጥ በአባልነት ተመርጠው የህግ ማሻሻል ስራ እየሰሩ ሲሆን በዚሁ የጠቅላይ ዓቃቤ ህግ ቢሮ ውስጥ የጠበቆች ፈቃድ አሰጣጥ ኮሚቴ ውስጥም አባል በመሆን እያገለገሉ ይገኛሉ::
